In September 1998, The Way of Life Spiritual Development Center became partners with Oral Roberts University for the purpose of helping students become educated and trained in two theology programs. Curriculum for the Diploma of Theological Studies program is developed and approved by professors in the Oral Roberts University School of Theology and Missions, one of the largest accredited seminaries in the United States. The certificate or diploma will be jointly issued by The Way of Life Spiritual Development Center and Oral Roberts University School of LifeLong Education. Official transcripts of all course work will be maintained and issued through Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma. This partnership is ideal for students who cannot give up their full time jobs and move to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Having such a school in Richmond, VA has enabled students to stay at home, work full time, and still be committed to learning. The classes meet twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Two programs of study are available: Advanced Certificate of Theology and Diploma of Theological Studies. |

Students completing 11 courses (33 credits) will receive the Advanced Certificate of Theology. |
Students completing 22 courses (66 credits) will receive the Diploma of Theological Studies. |

Students who complete the Diploma of Theological Studies Program at The Way of Life Spiritual Development Center may receive credit toward the bachelor's degree. Students may seek to establish credit for any undergraduate level course in the Oral Roberts University or other colleges. Based on the faculty evaluation, students may receive up to 30 hours of advanced standing toward their degree at Oral Roberts University. |

The courses are available to those who are sincere and serious about studying God's Word. However, only those who have a high school diploma or a GED will be eligible to receive advanced standing toward the bachelor's degree. |
Each student is required to complete an application. There is a one-time non-refundable $35 application fee that must be submitted with the application. Courses are $205 for each three-credit course. Student course packets and textbooks vary with each course. Audit classes are $160. Contact Director for full details. |
